呢間炑八 6月1日新開張，6月4日同家人（3個人）去試試呢間新嘢！下午3點幾，打電話去想訂位（晚上7點）！個職員話無得訂位要親自拎飛排隊等位！咁無所謂，我6點半字去到，見有十幾人响門口，拎咗飛咪等囉！其間無叫人入去，但見入面有至少5張枱係冇人坐！問個待應點解有枱唔叫人入去？佢話啲枱有人訂咗！唔 L 係呀？又話冇得訂枱，要親自拎飛排隊等位？算！繼續等！等到7點4個字，終於有位我三個人，坐最近出入口張圓枱！地方窄，成晚啲職員推著架收碗碟車經過，大約有十次，每次都要避，架車超級污糟！晚市套餐得 3 個，都算貴，我㨂咗個海鮮韓牛餐 $480 加一個韓牛石頭鍋飯 $110！先嚟頭盤小食、沙律、泡菜（免費供應），應該係最好食！之後，職員加蛋漿、芝士响爐邊！加完就走咗，個爐都冇開！過咗 5分鐘都冇乜動靜，唯有自己開爐！跟著，食物到咗，我望一望，得幾塊普通牛肉？無牛肋條嘅？同個職員講俾錯咗，個職員仲好似唔信咁不停咁望！仲話咪有牛肉囉！我話咁牛肋條响邊？佢先死死氣拎番去換！之後開始燒烤！講真，啲海鮮完全唔新鮮、韓牛更加唔好食！啲食物加咗好多油＆糖，燒果時好搶火及痴㡳！我見隔離

過咗 5分鐘都冇乜動靜，唯有自己開爐！

跟著，食物到咗，我望一望，得幾塊普通牛肉？無牛肋條嘅？同個職員講俾錯咗，個職員仲好似唔信咁不停咁望！仲話咪有牛肉囉！我話咁牛肋條响邊？佢先死死氣拎番去換！

之後開始燒烤！

講真，啲海鮮完全唔新鮮、韓牛更加唔好食！啲食物加咗好多油＆糖，燒果時好搶火及痴㡳！

我見隔離枱著晒火，好危險！

個石頭鍋飯又貴、又唔好食，啲牛肉可以用難食嚟形容！

反而爐邊蛋就幾好食！

燒咗一陣就差不多個半鐘，職員話要埋單！

總結，咁嘅價錢、咁嘅質素、咁嘅環境！唔洗嚟炑八，有大把其他選擇！

「辛苦搵來自在食」, I shall treat myself well and look for the delicious food after my sick. I hanged out with my girl friend in TM today. We recognized there is a grand opening of TM shop TODAY. We are lucky to be the first group of diners but some people have a negative thinking , they said we shall wait a few more days to go because the kitchenware is too new and we shall eat the chemicals directly.

Anyways.. We ordered 3 dishes for sharing. My girl friend brought her son to join the dinner that's why we tried not to order the raw food and grill ourselves. The fried dumpling was amazing match with Korean sauce. Portion was mini and not quite enough for us. Haha! The rice with vegetables was so far so good.

The Korean (LA) beef with grilled pineapple was delicious. Beef was very soft and wasn't over cooked. Well done! The grilled pineapple was a bit cold, this was a disappointing for us. I shall recommend the TM 朋友仔 for this new spot of Korean BBQ restaurant.
