今天午餐我們去了西環的潮州人,果然要排隊,所以選擇了三點來用餐。這裏食麵要預了搭枱。⏰ 這次我們點了雙拼,真的非常滿足!🍜😍這裡的湯底與一般粉麵檔的不同,帶有一點胡椒的味,讓每一口都充滿驚喜。我最愛的魚皮餃更是必點,🐟內餡鮮美,於是決定買一斤外賣回家煮!🏠🥟此外,這裡的牛腩也非常軟熟,絕對值得推薦。🥩 每道菜都讓人感受到潮州的獨特風味,讓人忍不住想再來一次!🍽️如果點粗麵,店員會介紹食他的伊麵(比較像平時外面點的上海麵),挺特別的。總之,這次的午餐體驗很愉快,不僅美味,還能帶回家享受,真是一舉兩得!🎉

There is always a long queue outside the restaurant. If you want to try, I would suggest you go earlier before lunch or in the afternoon. They also serve breakfast with toast & sandwich but they are famous for their noodle soup. It is easy to access there by bus, minibus, tram or MTR. Get off at Sai Ying Pun Station exit B1 with 4min walk. Wheelchair is ok since they are located at street level. Parking is not so convenient, there are some meter parking at the back but it’s difficult to find an empty space. There is restroom inside the restaurant but it’s small. Talking about the food, price performace is great. One bowl of noodle with 3 ingredients plus iced lemon tea costs HK$61. Almost the whole bowl is the meat, I mean the ingredients selected. Noodle is just a small portion. The soup is the soul of the whole bowl especially if toy like pepper flavor. There soup base is 胡椒豬肚湯. It used to be very strong in flavor but it’s a bit mild now. They don’t open on Sundays & dinner time but open from 7:30am till 5:30pm Mon-Sat. Also, they accept Cash Only!

潮洲人係我係西營盤既早午餐食堂佢哋嘅粉麵湯底係胡椒湯 非常鮮甜香濃 但飲完唔會口渴而配料我最愛就係蝴蝶腩和鮮牛肉配河粉蝴蝶腩非常腍;鮮牛肉唔會好似坊間咁用梳打粉醃到變咗質感每一次我都會連湯都飲埋 真心極力推薦唯一缺點係大部份時間都會有長長嘅人龍排隊如果想避開人龍 建議早上光顧 既可以避開人流,亦可以確保食到想食嘅食材 因為真係好容易就賣哂🥲😀如果係西營盤街坊 可以預先打電話落order 然後再去pick up 咁就唔使等咁耐啦😊

呢間舖頭不嬲都好多人排隊,永遠都有一條人龍喺度,想食佢真係有啲難!今日剛好經過西營盤,見到有四五個人,馬上排隊!真係未試過可以排隊5分鐘就有得食!大開心了!嚟到潮州人,應該係食啲豬什,但今日反而好想食牛,所以嗌咗三餸配米粉,揀咗牛筋、牛腩同鮮牛肉!再叫咗一份鮮牛油多士,再配埋杯凍檸茶!就係一個完美嘅午餐!店員喺5分鐘後就即刻送上食物,份量都幾大碗!見到米粉上面鋪滿好多餸,最開心嘅係有西芹碎喺上面,我即刻加咗啲冬菜,再配埋佢秘製嘅辣椒油!真係好正!湯底飲得好舒服,加上濃濃嘅西芹香味,真係好好味!首先講吓啲牛筋,真係好正!軟腍腍得嚟,又醃得好入味!正!跟住就到牛腩,呢個反而有啲失色,有少少嚡口,下次可以叫第二樣。跟住就到鮮牛肉,呢個真係冇得頂,嚟到仲係有啲鮮粉紅色,證明啱啱淥起,啱啱熟,軟腍得來唔會過老,而且又好重牛肉味!呢個係值得推介!佢嘅辣椒油亦都係一絕,非常之辣!而且又好香!最後加埋鮮牛油多士,食到又熱又凍嘅感覺,真係好match!今日真係不枉此行!

想試好耐,終於,唔洗排隊添,賣緊既特製辣椒醬已經預訂到一月,so crazy本身好鍾意河粉,牛腩新鮮,一啲都唔肥,湯既鮮味足,本身好怕會太鹹,但係 so far 味道適宜如果路過肚餓,一定會再入黎食
