This is my first time writing a preview because I find the treatment I had from this restaurant today is wholly unacceptable 😡😡😡
I made an order for dinner takeaway tonight, telling the restaurant that will pick up around 5:30.pm. The male staff who took the order confirmed the time without saying that they are closing at 6:00pm. I asked my husband to go to pick up around 5:30pm. When it’s 5:40pm, the restaurant called if I’m coming, I told them my husband is coming soon. The 1st female staff asked me to find out from my husband how long he’s coming because they are closing at 6:00. That’s the first time I heard of they are closing at 6:00pm. So I called my husband to find out and then replied the restaurant. This time a 2nd female voice taking up the call (that was about 5:45pm), I told them my husband is walking over and will arrive in 10min, definitely before 6:00pm. That 2nd female staff scolded me, yes scolded, to the effect that “小姐, 點解你可以咁㗎! 講咗 5:30, 你過咗5:30鐘先嚟!” I answered I didn’t know you’re closing at 6:00pm no one told me. She continued “我張單寫住5:30 㗎，我啲人要走㗎，廚房啲人要走都走晒啦!” I was wholly surprised by her attitude 😡 I asked her what kind of service is this??!! She ignored and ordered me 你哋快啲嚟!!!I have been a customer of this restaurant for the past 10 years and never experienced such a bad treatment. In fact, never had such treatment from any restaurant at all before. Never go back again 😡😡😡
