荃灣一向多野食,見呢間泰菜裝修幾靚坐得舒服,就揀左佢同朋友聚舊。叫左一個冬陰功湯同椰子雞湯。 魚露味重,酸酸辣辣,撈飯一流。另外叫左海南雞,肉唔鞋,皮光肉滑。另外叫左個泰式海鮮木瓜沙拉,都幾辣,唔食辣嘅朋友記得叫少辣。 大大份,好抵食。泰式小食拼盤,裡面有沙嗲串燒,蝦頭同埋豬頸肉,新鮮炸好,熱辣辣,醬汁好食。泰式鹽焗烤烏頭,同朋友兩個人食唔曬,要外賣拎走😂😂另外叫咗杯泰式奶茶同埋青檸梳打,唔會太甜。 最值得推介嘅甜品, 叫左榴槤雪糕,好香濃,榴槤味,仲真係有榴槤肉,非常驚喜。 繼續閱讀

最近,同媽媽到摩登堂,我地叫左個冬日2人套餐A,包括冬蔭功海鮮湯、椰子香茅奶油海鮮湯、摩登手工去骨海南雞、泰式炒通菜、飯和青檸梳打,再加左手打月亮炸蝦餅、芋泥芋丸雪糕、泰國街頭烤麵包。冬蔭功海鮮湯🥣這道湯品充滿了濃郁的泰式風味,酸辣適中,海鮮新鮮且份量十足。每一口都能感受到湯底的香料和海鮮的鮮味。椰子香茅奶油海鮮湯🥣這道湯品的椰香和香茅味道非常突出,奶油的加入讓湯底更加濃郁和順滑,同冬蔭功海鮮湯一樣,海鮮新鮮且份量十足。摩登手工去骨海南雞🐤🐔這道海南雞肉質鮮嫩多汁,配上三款特製嘅醬汁,味道一流。雞肉預先去骨,可以更加方便食客。泰式炒通菜🥬這道菜的通菜炒得非常入味,時令通菜與馬拉盞的鹹香交織在一起,泰國菜的經典。手打月亮炸蝦餅🦐這道蝦餅外皮酥脆,內裡的蝦肉鮮嫩多汁。芋泥芋丸雪糕🍨這道甜品的芋泥香甜綿密,芋丸口感Q彈,配上香草雪糕,味道非常搭配,而且非常適合打卡。泰國街頭烤麵包🥯這道烤麵包外脆內軟,配上不同餡料。青檸梳打🍹清爽解渴,是一道非常泰國的飲品。 繼續閱讀

日日諗食lunch 食咩 諗到頭爆 之前黎食幾次都冇事 正正常常今日竟然見識到呢間餐廳嘅威力服務態度麻麻 好心急收起人哋啲餐具 好趕客簡單一個海南雞飯 油飯一啲都唔油乾到食時感覺會哽死 啲飯生到爆 好似冇用水煮過咁咬都咬唔落 仲差過街市果啲海南雞鋪 估唔到係大商場開既泰國菜難食到嘔 草青味 勁濃 嗰啲蝦醬整到成篤野咁 坐喺度食飯嘅時候聞到有陣味好難聞原來係碟菜發出嘅醬味去到最精華嘅一部份就係個海南雞首先海南雞個3款醬又冇味 得個酸字 咸味都冇啲雞又肥又多毛又冇味 仲要啲雞未熟 加個通菜 擺相好差 似啲野放係個通菜上面 (自行理解) 繼續閱讀

This was my third-time to visit this restaurant, and I must say, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered Hainan Chichen rice, the chicken was undercooked, leaving a questionable texture that made it hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, the rice was also poorly prepared—dry and lacking the fragrant flavor typically associated with this dish. To make matters worse, the vegetables served in the same lunch set were poorly presented and looked unappetizing. They were just bland and boiled, lacking any creativity or seasoning.. They looked unappetizing and tasted even worse, making it a challenge to eat them at all. Service added to my dissatisfaction. The staff displayed a complete lack of courtesy; they took away my chopsticks while I was still eating, which felt rude and inconsiderate. I visited this restaurant six months ago, and the quality has clearly declined since then. I left feeling let down and unlikely to return. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.  繼續閱讀

荃灣廣場摩登堂,用左好多綠色植物佈置,環境闊落,仲有船型座位,充滿泰式風情。餐牌提供一系列泰式食品,包括主菜、涼盤沙律、泰式燒烤、泰國街頭小食、湯品、飯麵類等,另外仲有多款泰式甜品,有丹麥厚吐司、刨冰、雪糕系列等。蟹肉魚子醬脆筒沙律:將蟹肉和魚子醬釀入雪糕脆筒內,頂頭仲有金箔點綴,更顯奢華。米網蝦春卷:米網外皮炸到很酥脆,內裡既原隻大蝦,新鮮爽彈,點埋酸酸甜甜既醬汁,味道一流。蒜蓉炒芥蘭:芥蘭炒得新鮮翠綠,上面灑上炸蒜,非常惹味。曼谷蟹肉炒飯:飯炒到粒粒分明,配上蟹肉、蟹籽和香蔥,泰式風味濃。芒果糯米飯雪糕:芒果肉香甜,和雲尼拿雪糕及糯米飯融為一體,味道吸引。榴槤糯米飯雪糕:榴槤加上糯米飯和榴槤雪糕,味道超夾,榴槤控必點。總結,餐廳食物有泰國特色之餘,又新鮮好味,地點方便,值得推介。 繼續閱讀
