難得終於約到朋友聚舊, 見大家都會經過屯馬線, 就揀咗一間喺荃灣西站附近 荃灣廣場 入面嘅泰國菜試下🐰🐰🐰👉🏻泰式串燒 (沙嗲豬肉串、炭燒雞肉串) 呢兩款串燒好有泰國風味。泰式沙嗲豬肉串嘅醬汁香濃,帶啲微辣,肉完全吸收咗醬汁嘅味道。至於炭燒雞肉串外層微焦,炭燒嘅香氣好吸引,配埋啲花生醬,好夾。👉🏻手打月亮炸蝦餅 (6件) 手打炸蝦餅外脆內軟,蝦肉食得出好彈牙煙韌,厚度好夠,食落去有種滿足嘅蝦肉鮮味。可以加啲泰式甜辣醬,增添嗜辣感覺。伴碟仲有啲迷你泰式蝦片,每一啖都好過癮。👉🏻和牛船麵金邊粉 因為唔想食得太辣太重口味或者太油膩, 所以揀咗船麵🐰呢碗和牛船麵,和牛肉質滑嫩,脂肪分佈得剛剛好,食落去口感豐富,而且份量都幾多。湯底清甜唔會太鹹,配上彈牙嘅麵條,整體味道均衡,唔會過於油膩。因為用上和牛,令到成個船麵多咗一份高級感🐰👍🏻 仲有啲菜同埋肉丸,幾惹味🐰🐰🐰👉🏻大蝦菠蘿海鮮炒飯 大蝦菠蘿海鮮炒飯嘅精髓 當然係佢嘅肉鬆topping, 、仲有提子乾同埋燒菠蘿、 好睇又好食🐰🐰🐰👉🏻芒果糯米飯雪糕估唔到芒果糯米飯雪糕 有兩球芒果雪糕 咁多🐰❤️ 同朋友share 啱啱好❤️👉🏻元祖泰奶茶 少甜 平時啲泰式奶茶都係冇得揀甜度大部分都非常之甜 呢度嘅泰式奶茶好處就係可以揀甜度 仲可以揀熱飲👍🏻 繼續閱讀

Initally I wanted to try another restaurant but the restaurant was down on staff and had to close a few hours so I chose this restaurant as I was attracted by their shaved ice display.The dishes including the dessert was quite large so we only ordered 3 dishes for 2 people.The larb moo was quite close to the traditonal flavor where there was more lime juice than usual. This was even more suitable for the hot humid weather in Hong Kong. Moreover, despite they have given us so much vegetables, there was still plenty of meat left so this dish definitely great in terms of flavors and price.The fried rice, though tasted fine, but was not as impressionable as the larb moo nor dessert.Their shaved ice was definitely iconic. Not only was it large, there was plenty of condiments on it. Most important of all, the flavor was well controlled and it wasn't too sweet even if you finish the whole thing.Would love to come back to try their other dishes. 繼續閱讀

路過見到呢間泰式餐廳裝修幾靚星期五都幾多人等位,一於試吓首先呢個雞髀咖喱炸面 第一眼望落去非常吸睛雞鎚都幾大隻 醬汁比較潔身濃郁咖喱香食撈麵嚟講好正 面頭炸麵 仲有面底份量都幾多然後係呢個炆豬手 炆得非常非常腍身冇牙都食到!味道亦都非常美味可口平時唔太鍾意食豬皮嘅我都食咗好多覺得應該要嗌多碗飯,送飯一流見有咖喱汁就嗌埋個蒜蓉包嚟食有驚喜!外脆內軟好香口再加一個芝士蝦卷 係忌廉芝士 亦都新鮮滾熱飲品方面勁驚泰式奶茶會好似正宗泰國嗰啲咁甜到黐線 嗌咗少甜 果然係港式味道 甜到啱啱好仲叫咗份泰式椰子雪糕 有涼粉椰奶粟米花生焦糖多士相對幾甜 份量十足 兩個人食到捧住個肚走 繼續閱讀
