This Chinese restaurant originates from Singapore and is now part of a big group with over 20 outlets in different cities in the world. Having visited their Michelin 1-star outlet in TST a few years back, today we came to their newer one in CWB to try it out.Located on 2/F of Crowne Plaza Hotel, the décor here has a glamorous vibe, with the use of brass and golden colour on the wall and ceiling. The comfortable chairs and circular tables, with also some booth seats, and all decorations create a nice dining environment.We ordered Chilled Pig’s Shank ($98) to start. The pig’s shank has been marinated well, rich in flavours but not excessive. However, they were just taken out from the fridge and was too cold to enjoy and would be ideal to serve at room temperature.The Barbecue Pork Belly with Honey Sauce ($198), from its appearance, was tempting, with thick cut, glistering with honey on the surface. The meat was unfortunately a bit too soft in texture; not sure it had been marinated with tenderizer or not.For the soup, Ivy had Double-boiled Pig’s Lung with Almond Soup ($128), while I went for Hot & Sour Soup in Sichuan Style ($118). The almond soup was sweet and tasty, intense on almond notes while the pig’s lung did not have any weird flavour.The hot and sour soup was also good, having a good balance of spicy and sourness. The soup had plenty of ingredients, from tofu shreds, shiitake and wood-ear mushroom, to bamboo shoots and fish maw. It had the kick of spiciness but not excessive.The manager had recommended us to try the Pan-fried Live Prawns ($288), and the prawns were indeed beautifully done, infused with the savoury delicacy of the soy sauce to complement with the sweetness of the prawns.Next was Frog Cooked in Two Ways: Deep-fried Frog Leg with Pepper & Salt, Sauteed Frog with Shallots & Preserved Black Olives ($268). The frog legs were meaty, and the batter was thin and not oily, very nicely done. The sauteed frog was also delicious but the black olives were too salty, affecting the overall enjoyment.For dessert, I had Chinese Almond Cream ($78). Fairly standard in quality, it had nice almond flavours but nothing particularly stood out to reflect an exceptional offering.Ivy had Double-boiled Pear with Chuan Bei ($45) instead. What she liked most was that the soup was not too sweet, with plenty pear pieces. We also had Deep-fried Sesame Ball with Custard ($60) to share. The sesame ball were freshly deep-fried to an appealing golden brown colour, with a runny custard inside.Service was decent, and the bill on the night was $1,454, which was very reasonable. Considering the overall food quality, I would say this outlet was of a lower level than its TST counterpart, with some of the dishes not meeting the expectations.查看更多

上次同屋企人喺銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店嘅御寶軒食飯環境夠晒大氣得體,出品更是驚喜滿滿細細品嚐每道菜都感受到師傅嘅功力杏汁燉白肺湯  -一揭蓋就聞到濃郁嘅杏香!湯底夠綿滑白肺燉到軟爛入味,完全冇腥氣杏汁嘅甜潤滲透每一口,飲落滋潤又舒服椒鹽豆腐粒豆腐粒外層椒鹽香十足咬開裡面超嫩滑,外脆內軟椒鹽白飯魚  -白飯魚個頭雖細,但炸得夠香口椒鹽味均勻裹住魚身,連骨都可以食主菜脆米海鮮湯東星斑  -東星斑肉質雪白彈牙,切件擺得整整齐齐浸喺鮮甜嘅海鮮湯入面,每一口都充滿魚鮮同海味最妙係碗底嘅脆米,倒入熱湯後 滋滋 作響脆卜卜嘅口感配埋嫩滑魚肉,鮮香又特別蒜片牛柳粒  -牛柳粒大粒又juicy!煎到外層微焦咬落肉汁爆出嚟,嫩到唔使多嚼,蒜片炸得金香香味完全滲入牛肉,鹹香適中糯米釀脆皮乳豬  1乳豬皮脆到咬落 咔嚓 聲,油香十足又唔覺膩入面嘅糯米吸收咗乳豬嘅油脂,帶少少鹹香軟糯又夠味,點埋甜醬食,甜鹹平衡得剛剛好呢間御寶軒無論食材、烹飪定賣相都好有水準無論家庭聚餐定宴客都好得體!查看更多

初次體驗,我又覺得幾好喎!閑日嚟食晚飯,唔多人,有兩台大圍嘅,看似係商務飯局,所以比較嘈少少,服務員特意安排比較遠嘅枱俾我哋,所以就冇感覺到好嘈。兩個人唔叫得多嘢食,分別嗌咗兩款湯,包括杏汁燉白肺,同埋菜膽竹笙燉北菇湯。另外叫咗個蝦,一個白飯魚煎蛋,同埋一個菜。個蝦係服務員推介嘅,都唔係一啲特別貴價嘅菜式,亦都真係好味,夠香口。佢哋服務都好好,由於食蝦有好多蝦殼,佢哋都不斷為我哋更換個碟,起碼都換咗三次。成個晚餐嘅過程我都覺得服務好周到,嘢食好味,會再嚟。查看更多

Imperial Treasure is a very nice Cantonese restaurant. The service is nice, professional and welcoming .Lunch there with very nice dim sum. Totally worth the price.Kale with ginger juice and yellow wine was cooked to the exact correct point, retaining some crunch. Dim sum was very meticulously executed. The taste seems lower in salt, therefore healthy without compromise on taste.However we had a bit of annoyance filling in the membership application form using their website on my phone. It has huge navigation issues, such as having to punch a calendar key many many times to get back to my year of birth, not allowing viewing of the password while being created and confirmed with typing it again, therefore I thought I was not getting it right several times because they keep displaying a message to say I have to re-enter, only to find out they failed to say it is ok because in fact the password and its confirmation turned out to be correct after all. Finally at the last page, when they required me to consent to the free marketing use of my name, date of birth, phone number and email address. These are not agreeable to me.So, after a long long process it came to nothing. Really spoiled the lunch experience.查看更多

復活節當日,打算一家人去慶祝下,於是訂咗一點去飲茶,接電話職員就話一點十五分會好啲,於是我哋一點左右到了,打算等一等便入坐,點知等到一點三十五分都未有動靜,我哋就問職員,跟住幾個客人都一齊追問,職員淨係話睇睇,幫你睇睇,其實睇都冇用,因為啲客都未有跡象要離坐又未埋單,根本唔會有枱。其實職員做嘢問題,喺尖沙咀唔會有呢個情況,我去過尖沙咀分店無數次,每次都安排好好,話左兩輪就真係會預早半小時問你加唔加野食準備埋單,準備下輪俾其他客人。今次第一次嚟銅鑼灣就出事,等到小朋友發脾氣要走。點解兩分店會有咁大差別待遇,唔敢有下次。查看更多

不礼待遇订了枱中午1时, 到1点半还沒有安排入座, 而柜台竟然1点15分已經空无一人, 詢問無門! 多次行入大堂找工作人员查詢, 但全部都聽了便算,當我們傻仔般。 我們来光顾仲要睇你們面色, 劉華話齋今時今日咁嘅服務態度仲可以生存。我建議你們要好好再去職業培訓,最少學會待客之道。冇枱就唔好overbook,客人的時間很寶貴, 唔係咁得閒等半個鐘而無人理會! 查看更多

趁現在未過年十五,分享一下年初一和家人的新年午飯吧 XD本來今年打算年初一在家過,不過表妹由美國回來已好一陣子,那就出來見見面,拜拜年。表妹挑了「御寶軒」,之前吃過尖沙咀分店,今次就來銅鑼灣分店。先來「素菜炸春卷」$48家母說好意頭,喻意黃金滿屋,加上她偏吃素菜多,這個正合她心意:新鮮炸起,裏面主要是椰菜餡,食味不差,也很脆口。「黑松露菜苗餃」$52完全吃不到黑松露味道,也無謂懷疑人生吧 XD 雖然明知現成的黑松露醬都是加工合成製品,有沒有我也不太在意,不過當然餐廳加了這三個字,點心也可以賣貴兩個錢 「什菌如意餃」$45這個皮薄餡極多,脹卜卜,相當不俗,吃了萬事如意!我們安歌了兩碟呢。「柱侯金錢肚」$48,純粹我個人想食也好意頭,就來一份:可能之前的點心比較淡味,這個重口味帶少許辣勁,得到家人一致讚賞!墊底的白蘿蔔索晒味,也是寶:「筍尖鮮蝦餃」$58表妹每次飲茶都會想食炸芋角或鹹水角,今次她選了後者「安蝦鹹水角」$45脆皮軟糯,不如春卷般油膩,表妹吃得很滋味 XD腸粉來了兩碟,應該是收錯單,不過既來之則安之 (是否現在應保持的正面心態???),新正頭開開心心,也無謂爭辯,吃不下就拿走吧。「春風得意腸」$70,入面包的就是蝦春卷:「鮮蝦蒸腸粉」$58,蝦大隻及爽彈,我更愛這個:「菠蘿叉燒包」$48記憶中由細到大我都好少食菠蘿包,可能它變做墨西哥皮會更得我歡心:「金牌蜜汁叉燒」$168 / 例牌叉燒是梅頭肉,表面有少許燒焦的痕跡:吃去肉質鬆化、軟腍,帶蜜味香甜,確不錯,亦最得我歡心!粥粉麵飯要了簡單的「豉油王炒麵」$118,好想配余均益辣椒醬啊:大家齊齊撈起:甜品「流心奶黃煎堆仔」$45祝大家心想事成,笑口常開,最緊要是身體健康,百毒不侵,疫情盡快消失!!!查看更多

我同我屋企人book左1點鐘,你叫我地等到1點半?reception一個人都無,成班員工自己開枱去食晏?仲以為御寶軒有幾高級,當場得啖笑,咁既服務態度真係第一次見。裝修裝得有幾威?menu收費又咁貴?原來只係虛張聲勢。你地無枱咪出聲囉,我地又唔會笑既,真係自取其辱!又要接booking,黎到原來無枱,真係浪費時間。我地每個消費者啲時間都好寶貴架,咁樣俾你哋浪費咗我哋嘅1分1秒,真係唔會再去御寶軒,費事再俾班員工羞辱多一次!查看更多

難得週未和家人團聚,訂位11點半,家人未到哂,半個鐘內所有點心上齊,成張枱滿到瀉,叫佢慢慢上都唔理,已經感覺非常不好,知道佢要1點鐘交枱,所以已經覺得被人當狗咁趕。特登交帶個乳豬飯叫先上,轉過頭又上埋,同佢講無叫上喎,佢話而家仲唔上呀,真係火都滾埋,碟腸粉未食完就要收,屋企人去緊廁所,都唔等得,叫我地起身交枱,同經理投訴都無用,經理和待應木口木面,少少歉意都無。食到一肚氣,貼錢買難受,食物幾好食都無用,出去食飯咁多年,都未試過咁受氣,鐘意受氣一定要黎御寶軒,一定滿載而歸。查看更多

我又去痴餐🤭🤭剛剛收早又有食客安排飯局,緊係去痴餐🤩🤩白灼安格斯牛肉白灼可以食到安格斯牛嘅牛味濃郁,雖然油分不多,但仍是肉汁豐盈,脂肪甘香可口金牌蜜汁叉燒「燒」出焦香、油光和肉汁纏繞的蜜汁叉燒,口感非常豐富。叉燒肉好淋,肥瘦適中D汁又好味糯米釀脆皮乳豬脆皮乳豬皮包住煮得軟糯的糯米裏面夾着蝦米、臘腸、臘肉粒,軟糯中引出甘香甜美,愈咬愈香,沒有多餘的油膩感,每樣食材角色都配合得天衣無縫脆米海鮮湯浸東星班海鮮湯濃郁,東星滑又有少少咬口,海鮮湯淋上脆米上立即「喳」一聲😱😱脆米吸收曬D湯又唔會淋仲係脆卜卜,極富層次蝦籽靈芝菇炒南非鮑魚蝦籽帶出鮮味靈芝菇仲好有水份,鮑魚爽脆,夠鑊氣又惹味金牌鹽焗雞皮脆肉嫩,連雞胸肉都係嫩濃雞湯浸津白雞湯鮮味完全滲透津白,非常和味奶皇流沙煎堆仔表皮帶着芝麻脆香,內裏連住軟皮的香糯,而奶黃饀料的香甜,在咀中散發超好食送酒小食椒鹽豆腐外脆內軟又有豆香黃金魷魚鹹香的鹹蛋黃醬配以爽脆彈牙的魷魚,簡直大快朵頤。查看更多

已經來過御寶軒多次,還是頭一次寫食評。今日來御寶軒吃午飯,朋友喜歡吃點心,所以今日只叫幾款點心來試,其實御寶軒的晚飯也非常出色,下次有機會再評。今天點了蝦餃、灌湯餃、炸雲吞、鮑汁雞腳、黑松露苗餃、金網脆皮蝦腸粉,同埋桂花糕。說實話,每款點心都做得非常出色,我尤愛金網脆皮蝦腸粉,真正做到外軟內脆,是我每次必點的一款點心。另外鮑汁鷄腳,鷄腳非常入味,滿滿的骨膠原,可口美味。頭一次叫炸雲吞,大大隻,像盛放的花,有驚喜,朋友叫的灌湯餃,湯底一流,必叫。總括來說,御寶軒的點心賣相精美、味道好,是我飲茶的首選。查看更多

間中我都會飲茶或晚飯,都係保持高水準,就連一碟星洲炒米我都咁喜歡,星洲炒米份不太辣的,可能迎合大部份年紀的口味,是比較健康的,蒸魚頭雲非常好,魚頭新鮮無腥味,加上用上多薑,我最鍾意多薑蒜頭,魚頭雲很滑,夠熱,啫啫雞煲砂煲上,保持住熱力,雞肉嫩滑,非常鍾意流沙煎堆仔甜品,因為流沙裏面有鹹蛋黃味,外脆內軟,味道一流,杏仁茶非常Rich ,真材實料。對食品有要求的話,其實御寶軒非常好,食品出品有保證,每一道菜都一絲不苟,早前試過杏汁白肺湯,都係好有水準的。查看更多

接待處完全沒有接待。望住客人好似仇人。沒有微笑沒有打招呼沒有多謝沒有一般常人的禮貌。口黑面黑影衰埋間酒店。Probably one of the worst service attitudes I’ve seen. No welcomes, no smiles, no thank yous, no common courtesy. All staff are having a perpetual bad day. Food is acceptable, but not enough for us to return.查看更多

1️⃣芥末一口牛唔似普通日式做成干身嘅,係帶醬汁嘅,很入味。2️⃣椒鹽魷魚須酥酥脆脆,鹹香有嚼勁,達水準。叉燒特等嗌咗比較瘦嘅,都唔會柴。3️⃣金網脆皮蝦腸同糯米釀脆皮乳豬都係特色菜。金網脆皮蝦腸真係做得好靚!腸粉皮晶瑩剔透,係有嚼勁嘅,裡面嘅脆皮保持很酥脆嘅口感,一片香菜增加香味同層次感。4️⃣糯米釀脆皮乳豬幾特別,第一次食。外皮處理得清爽唔油膩,可以一人一個,好似$60一個。美中不足的是我食嘅果份外皮下面油脂多左小小導致唔能夠一次咬斷,影響酥脆程度。5️⃣滷水豬腳好驚喜!!豬腳片得好薄,要比普通潮州滷味更甜,好鐘意!處理得幾乾淨,再蘸白醋食用,酸酸甜甜,口感好,一定要食!6️⃣三道甜品,桂花糕、椰汁糕同川貝燉雪梨都達水準,清爽解膩,唔會太甜。川貝燉雪梨沒有用枸杞用的是胡蘿蔔。午餐經濟實惠,人均$250+。御寶軒在廣州、上海、新加坡、歐洲都有分店,多個分店都有米芝蓮摘星,值得一試!查看更多

之前試過同朋友來食晚餐,試過中菜的水準不錯,特別係糯米釀脆皮乳豬、金牌蜜汁叉燒同鮑魚汁燜鳳爪,今晚同朋友再次來試其它菜式。<脆米東星斑魚湯泡飯>今次特別想講下呢一個餸,因為食完之後我覺得非常之驚喜,而且喺外面嘅地方係比較少有呢一類型嘅餸菜可以食到。當然,呢一道菜亦都係需要預先預訂嘅,由於海鮮東星斑屬於時價,所以都要問酒樓先知道真實嘅價錢。東星斑係原條咁樣上,而且係所有嘅魚肉都已經起曬骨,食落去就係啖啖肉,而且魚肉入口係極為嫩滑。服務員會將魚肉同埋脆米分好喺碗入面,然後再將非常之熱辣辣嘅魚湯淋上魚肉及脆米上,放入去碗入面。東星斑嘅魚肉好滑好鮮甜,魚湯味道非常之濃郁,而且帶有魚嘅鮮甜味道。魚肉連埋魚湯,再夾雜埋一粒粒嘅脆米一齊放入口,口感層次非常之豐富,而且亦都帶有非常鮮甜嘅海鮮味道,真心值得推薦。濃雞湯時蔬雖然是一道非常簡單的菜式,但餐廳都做得非常之出色,因為雞湯味道非常出眾。檳城炒河有好多大蝦一齊炒,味道帶微辣,都幾惹味。全晚最讓人失望嘅竟然係呢一個脆皮炸子雞,因為呢一隻雞實在比較瘦,感覺唔多雞肉,而且仲冇乜脂肪,個人覺得仲炸得有點兒乾身,味道亦比較淡,實在失望。整體來講,餐廳有屬於自己一啲非常特別,而且出色有水準嘅菜式,絕對值得一讚,不過相對於炸子雞嚟講,實在有點兒失手,希望下次再嚟,可以食到好味嘅脆皮炸子雞啦!!~查看更多
