這家餐廳,已經成為我多次光顧的心頭好。起初被他們家的酸菜魚吸引,慢慢地轉變成為家常小菜的常客。整體來說,菜式的味道都很夠味,展現出廚師的用心與火候掌握的巧思。然而,仍有一些細節可以進一步打磨。這次我點了幾道特色菜:黑椒腰果牛柳粒、黃金鮮魷,以及啫啫唐生菜煲。對於黑椒腰果牛柳粒,建議未來可以將腰果提前炒過或烤香,這樣能增加層次感與口感的豐富度。牛柳的份量十分足夠,但希望牛肉的切割能再大一些,讓食客能更充分品嚐到牛肉的鮮美與嫩滑。黃金鮮魷,記得以前的「黃金」菜式多是鹹蛋黃炒製,帶有濃郁的鹹香味道。不過,這次品嚐似乎鹹蛋的味道沒有那麼明顯,不知道是否菜譜做了些調整?希望未來能再次呈現那份經典的鹹蛋黃風味,讓人一吃難忘,回味無窮。啫啫唐生菜煲,但這次發現湯水較多,可能是火候或煮法上的瑕疵。若能改善這一點,讓湯汁更為濃郁而不過於清淡,這道菜的魅力將會更加升華,讓人期待再次品嚐。總結來說,這家餐廳的菜式已展現出一定的水準,只要在細節上再用心打磨,必能帶來更令人滿意的用餐體驗。期待他們未來能持續進步,創造出更多令人驚喜的美味佳餚,成為更多饕客心中的不二之選。This restaurant has become one of my favorite places to visit. I first went there because of their sauerkraut fish, but now I often come back for their home-style dishes. Overall, the food tastes good and shows that the chef puts effort and skill into their cooking. However, there are some small details that could be improved.This time, I ordered a few dishes: Black Pepper Cashew Beef, Golden Squid, and Sizzling Lettuce Hotpot. For the Black Pepper Cashew Beef, I suggest they toast or roast the cashews beforehand to make them more fragrant and crunchy. The beef portion was generous, but I’d like the slices to be a bit bigger so I can enjoy the tenderness and flavor more.The Golden Squid reminded me of the traditional version made with salted egg yolk, which has a rich, savory taste. But this time, the salted egg flavor wasn’t as strong. I hope they can bring back that classic flavor in the future, as it’s very memorable.The Sizzling Lettuce Hotpot had more broth than usual this time, which might be due to the cooking process. If they can make the soup thicker and less watery, the dish would be even better. I look forward to trying it again.Overall, this restaurant is already quite good, but paying attention to these small details can make it even better.
