正所謂happy 99 , happy life . 同屋企人補祝99 生日。 今次係第4 次係度用餐。 質素比之前好100 倍😍😍 熏雞好脆好香口, 99 本身唔鍾意食雞, 但對隻雞讚到不停; 蒸小黃花魚 十分新鮮 , 雖然很細條 , 有點貴, 我連骨都咬碎埋😝😝😝 再黎係香蔥餅 , 皮雖然較厚 但食落又種皮薄嘅感覺🤩, 加上蔥花足料 , 煎到好脆,很易入口; 另外, 前菜蜜汁熏鱔十分脆 和入味 , 不過汁有啲酸, 好似甜酸排骨同一款嘅汁, 如果改用雞翼蜜糖嘅汁 相信效果會更好: 揚州炒飯和小龍包就保持一般水準。 另外要讚下呢間餐廳嘅環境十分好。 埋單時 職員話黎緊會搬去3 期, 希望手準可保持 繼續閱讀

平時同家人一起吃飯,我們大多數都會選擇粵菜。今次想試試一些新口味,網上找到了一家位於銅鑼灣利園的淮揚菜餐廳,決定去那裡嘗嘗。酒釀鵝肝鵝肝用花雕酒浸泡,讓其吸收酒香,更加香醇可口。不過鵝肝質地不夠綿滑,有粒粒狀。蜜汁脆黃鱔剛炸好的黃鱔,外皮酥脆得像餅乾一樣,一點也不乾柴。😋 甜甜蜜汁完美地包裹著每一塊黃鱔,如果配上啤酒會停不下來!醃篤鮮醃篤鮮是淮揚菜的經典菜式,醃篤鮮是指用醃制過的咸肉或火腿小火慢燉之意並加入新鮮的肉類和竹筍等食材。他家做到口味咸鮮,湯白汁濃。松子桂花魚這道菜的魚肉鮮嫩,搭配著香脆的松子,口感層次分明。糖醋汁酸酸甜甜配米飯一流 繼續閱讀

This gang of coworkers came for a farewell lunch just before the CNY. Seatings were comfortable and the some of the dishes were very impressive. The chicken broth with dumplings and chicken was incredibly delicious. The broth was rich and very tasty. You could have two bowls and still wanted more. Very comforting to drink this during winter time. Ordered a bunch of Shanghainese dishes like steamed Xiao Long Bao and drunken chicken. The drunken chicken was very good! Marinated with an absolutely amazing drunken sauce. Highly recommend getting the drunken chicken. The stir fried Angus beef slices with leeks tasted like the beef fried rice noodles (without the noodles) you could get from Dai Pai Dong. Black truffle bean curd rolls were crispy and yummy. Price was set at the higher end, we ate a lot and were too full to try the lotus leaf wrapped rice. 繼續閱讀

經過銅鑼灣附近 唔知食咩,又有啲想食中菜上嚟搵吓有咩食,搵到呢間嘢,對於極鍾意食上海菜既我就決定入黎試試!一入到黎餐廳,門口帶位話只有90分鐘進食時間,有少少對依間餐廳打折扣(因為當時餐廳只有一台客)餐廳侍應都算唔錯,落單/上菜以及空茶後加水效率都高食到最後有少少扣分位係 當每道點心食到差唔多嘅時候,侍應會極快嘅速度收碟,都分唔清係想清空你個枱面定係想趕你走😂#本人只忠於自己對餐廳及食物本身的評價,並不寫任何只為寫「好」而寫的食評及宣傳😄 繼續閱讀

Their restaurant has an afternoon tea promoton whch is labelled buy 1-get-1 free but after paying for all the extra fees for tea and snacks its around $200 per person. However, overall it was worth it.My favorite besides the smoked baby squab was the smoked eggs, which had a lovely aroma while not being too overpowering.The promotion picture only had 1 bowl of noodles so I thought we had to share it with 2 small bowls. To my surprise, it was 2 large bowls for each person. I felt the soup could be a bit richer but other than that it was good and certainly very fulfilling. 繼續閱讀
