After visiting my friend in Tsuen Wan, I went to Panda Place to have something Japanese with my mum. Once we passed by this ramen restaurant, the decoration just grasped our attention so we decided to have food in this restaurant👍🏻We ordered 2 lunch sets:1. We were quite impressed that all the ramen were freshly cooked. To maintain good quality of food, they even set alarms for cooking the ramen. In my opinion, this is a really professional way to do.
Let’s talk about the food👍🏻
• Ramen were al dente which tasted quite nice with the miso soup.
• Pork cartilage was well-seasoned and tender.
• Cha-shu wasn’t greasy but tender.
• Deep fried bean curd was tasty. The outer layer was crispy but soft inside.
• Boiled spinach was served ice cold. The sauce was really appetising. Shouldn’t miss it under such a warm weather.
For services,
The first waitress was really nice who gave us a relatively warm welcome. Meanwhile, the second one was probably in her own thoughts.
The restaurant was quite smart as pictures were provided otherwise non chinese customers probably wouldn’t understand the menu.
