今日得閒去咗 Fineprint 歎個 brunch。見佢哋個 Ricotta Toast咁多人讚，咪諗住試吓，點知一試就愛上！首先講吓個 Ricotta Toast，ricotta好香好 creamy，上面有honey同thyme去調味，仲配埋啲藍莓嘅酸味，平衡得啱啱好！完全感受到佢哋自家製 ricotta 嘅用心，好有層次感。至於 Mac & Cheese Toasties，係新菜式，sourdough 烘到牛油味好香，仲有 cheddar 同 gruyere 兩隻芝士，真係 perfect match！最後個 Breakfast Bowl，個賣相好靚，homemade granola上面鋪滿晒咗士多啤梨、香蕉、藍莓，仲有ricotta打底。食落幾有口感，好開胃，做早餐一流！…Read More

今次要介紹嘅係啱啱喺大坑開咗第二間分店嘅Fineprint，店內嘅裝潢微帶工業風，設有對外嘅bar檯都特別寫意，於設計上有花一番心思。Ricotta Toast $80外觀上已經好有衝擊力，多士上面加了一層厚嘅Cream Cheese，再撒上藍莓同蜜糖。味道上，類似芝士蛋糕但係個餅底變咗做多士，但係食曬兩塊都完全唔會覺得膩，因為芝士好鬆軟而且唔會太重味，藍莓同蜜糖亦都襯托出芝士嘅味道。整體而言，係令人意料唔到咁令人回味嘅一道菜式。Avocado Toast $85多士上佈滿咗切片嘅牛油果，係一個好熱門同時好強大嘅組合，因為牛油果嘅油份充分咁令到多士口感更柔潤，同時表明上亦稍作調味，另可加入少量檸檬汁，令到整體上更開胃同提味。Hot Chocolate $35可可味好濃郁，表面撒上朱古力碎片，可以品嚐到兩種朱古力嘅表現方式，係冬天嘅首選飲品。…Read More
