Jer jer lettuce in claypot was steaming and made me drool. Portion was huge and lettuce was extremely fresh, not oily and crunchy. Mixed very well with a bunch of dried whole prawns, pork mince, garlic and red chillies, making it a sheer enjoyment to eat veggies. Deep fried squid tentacles were a champion. Deep fried squid tentacles were a champion. Just appreciate how big and strong these legs were. Each piece was coated in an airy crispy shell, and the inside was very meaty. Dip these beauties into the black vinegar to make them double tantalising.
