We made a reservation at 7:30pm and the staff said we need share the table, which is totally fine and we arrived on time. However, they told us we only have 1 hour to eat when we arrived the restaurant (they didn't mention in the phone). No apology, nothing. Seriously? Finish a hotpot in 1 hour? Why couldn't just tell the customer that the booking is full? Bad customer service indeed.
