After the evening visit to a nearby whisky exhibition, we had dinner in Elements. Tian Tian Hainanese chicken (Medium)
Hainanese chicken tastes like silk: It is never chewy but tenderly juicy. Tian Tian Hainanese chicken was cooked to perfection and I appreciate the soft texture.
Hainan mixed vegetables clay pot
I like that the set comes with mixed vegetables for a balanced diet. It is so nice to have the veggies served warm in a clay pot, alongside with the cold Hainanese chicken.
Plain rice in chicken oil (for 1-2 pax)
Think it is a portion for 2. The rice is subtly flavored with hints of chicken essence in every bite.
Four season drinks
I chose Spring: peach resin chrysanthemum osmanthus pear tea (350 mL), which does not align with the season of winter. Anyway, I enjoy the taste of collagen in mild sweetness.
Business dinner set would be a good choice for single diners who do not want to spend too long flipping through the menu booklet with lots of choices.
