Lebanese food is probably one of my favourite middle eastern cuisines, so every time there's a new Lebanese restaurant opening, you will definitely find me revisiting over and over again. I'm very happy to say that upon this visit, the quality of the service and the food did not drop at all, they were kept at high levels and I left the restaurant feeling very happy. Lebanese food is probably one of my favourite middle eastern cuisines, so every time there's a new Lebanese restaurant opening, you will definitely find me revisiting over and over again.

I'm very happy to say that upon this visit, the quality of the service and the food did not drop at all, they were kept at high levels and I left the restaurant feeling very happy.

First off we got two of their signature cocktails.
Shafaf Negroni with fresh ginger and grapefruit, vodka, aperol, sweet vermouth, orange, and absinthe.

Into The Woods with Fresh Black Berries & Mint, Black Tea Infused Bourbon, Créme De Cassis, Raspberry, Citrus. This was divine! It has a deep flavour and is quite full bodied.

We ordered a lot of food and I must say they were all very lovely!
Mix cold mezze- mutable , hummus, beetroot salad. My favourite was the mutable.

Lebneh- homemade lebneh, tomato, pickles, olive oil. This was the perfect blend of flavours! I love how rich the yoghurt was!

Shrimp Matffie - pan fried shrimp, olive oil, lemon, fresh coriander. This is similar to the spanish version but somehow with the lemon and the fresh coriander, it just makes it all the more refreshing and the shrimp was plump and crunchy.

Samake Bil Tahini- pan fried hake fillet with tahini sauce. This was a lovely filet that was fried to perfection. The tahini sauce added an extra layer of depth to the dish which made it very rich and creamy.

Kebbeh Bil Labban- Lebanese lamb meatball in Greek yoghurt sauce. I'm a huge fan of lamb, and it pairs perfectly with yoghurt sauce. The lamb was very flavourful and crumbly, and when you mix it with the sauce, it feels like you're eating a saucy rice dish.
