Ordered some of the skewers that the chef recommended. Served one by one freshly from the grill. My favorites were eel with a crunchy texture, juicy cherry tomatoes rolled with briny bacon and pork collar with a balanced amount of fat and meat.
◆Mushroom Pizza w/ Garlic Confit Spread
Instead of a moist and thin dough, the pizza was more like a cracker. Topped with melting cheese and mushrooms slices, the umami was enhanced by the garlic confit. Great for sharing.
