Since the outbreak of Covid 19 pandemic, I have visited this restaurant for several times because of less waiting time required. Their meal set and service always attract people's discussion and comment in net.This morning I went to the restaurant again and ordered a breakfast set which includes macaroni with ham, over easy eggs, toast and coffee mike tea. This morning I went to the restaurant again and ordered a breakfast set which includes macaroni with ham, over easy eggs, toast and coffee mike tea.
Not more than 3 minutes, the waiter served me with macaroni which was soft in super hot soup. Adding a little bit pepper will make the dish more tasteful. It may not be the best among restaurants in HK but its hotness that I have not seen in others.
When I was still working on the macaroni, a piece of toast, fried over easy eggs were also ready and put in front of me. In this restaurant, scrambled eggs are always cooked so well and tasteful, that most people like that very much. However, the over easy eggs were also fried just to a optimal state that you can taste the solid egg white and semi fuild yolk. The fried eggs were presented nicely with no breaking of the egg white. 😋
Coffee milk tea is always my favourite HK style drink in 澳牛. It was prepared in the best mixture of coffee, tea and milk. You can have coffee smell in a cup of creamy milk tea. What a happy ending of a meal ! Full satisfaction no double about it.
You may see the waiters' service was improved quite a lot in the recent time. If you carry a backpack, they will help you to put on a small stool near you. You will seldom hear their shouting at people but advise them to check temperature and use 安心出行before entering the restaurant.
