One of my colleagues suggested having prawn noodle for lunch today, and since I don't mind, I just followed suit. 留民料理 was located at Castle Peak Road, few minutes drive from Hong Kong Gold Coast, Tuen Mun. Fried chicken roll - It was deep fried till the skin was crispy and yet the chicken was still juicy and chewy.
Signature prawn noodle soup - There are few soup base for us to choose from and i choose the original flavour. There were prawns, lava egg, bean curd, seaweed, bean sprouts and onion in it. Lava egg helped to make the soup creamy and slightly thick in texture. Soup was flavourful, able to taste the essence of the prawn broth. Prawns were fresh and chewy and noodle was chewy too.
