My friend has recommended this ramen shop so many times that I finally decided to try it today.They even have a free flow option which you can order. First came the appetizers which was a good start. The deep fried edamame was changed to okra, which tasted good. The barley miso was very rich which made it a great match with the cucumber.
The deep fried shrimp and eel omelette roll batter was just right though the seasoning of the eel sauce was a bit on the sweet side.
The main came and it was as amazing as my friend described. The Tiger Prawn was deep fried with sakura prawns on it yet again the batter was not too thick. The prawn was springy. The noodles still maintained a slight firmness to it despite being soaked in the thick prawn soup. The soup itself was extremely viscous and almost like a sauce. I won't call it an explosion of prawn flavors but definitely rich.
