Poor management, wrong opening hour. If you states the opening hour as 11am, you have to be ready at 11am. The restaurant only lets the customer wait outside for 30mins until 1130am, and just saying they are new and thus please understand the kitchen maybe overloaded. It’s totally a scam. Why you can’t let some of the customer take the seats and maybe provide some drinks? You knew it’s public holidays you knew you mentioned in your IG/openrice the opening hour is 11am. Why you can’t let some of the customer take the seats and maybe provide some drinks? You knew it’s public holidays you knew you mentioned in your IG/openrice the opening hour is 11am. The scam is when customers sincerely told you better change, you just say it’s PR company fault. Honestly, you should state this when you saw a bunch of people lining up at 11am.

Not the mention some of foods are totally “limited”, like 5? Or 8 dishes? Then sold out.

And the unfrozen udon. All showing this place isn’t ready.

Food is fine but totally not worth this experience.
