We go to a high-end Chinese restaurant located in IFC that I had bookmarked for a long time. The interior design of the restaurant is very luxurious, and you can enjoy Victoria Harbour view. We chose the "世味人生" set menu, which consists of 9 dishes.1.慢煮九層塔蟶子皇Paired with dry ice smoke. 4.脆皮海參 鵝掌This is a surprising dish! The goose feet are braised well; the crispy sea cucumber has a crispy exterior that encases a well-flavored sea cucumber, achieving a crunchy outside and a soft inside.
5珍寶珠is not a sweet, is a strawberry sorbet, so cute
6潮式老菜脯蒸鱈魚The fish meat is smooth.
7胡椒香蔥生煎雞The staff will fry it in front of you, chicken is hot with lots of green onions.
8花膠蝦湯稻庭麵The thick pieces of fish maw and paired with udon. So tasty.
9雲石奶凍It is a sesame pudding, happy ending dessert
