The wait was something like 45 min. Normally i wouldn't even have bothered to wait, but my friend wanted to try the place and the reviews had wonderful things to say about the chewy udon, so I was like let's give it a try. It turned out to be a huge mistake.Ordered cold udon. The udon, which was supposed to be chewy, was actually hard/stiff! The line between chewy and hard/stiff isn't exactly blurry, I don't know how some of these reviewers could have got it so outrageously wrong. The sauce

The sauce for the udon was actually decent and was the only reason why it's getting a 1.5/10 instead of a 0/10 from me. My friend who ordered udon with seaweeds had similar comments about her udon.
