A favourite within the TKW neighbourhood. Now it has branches in Sheung Wan and Tsuen Wan. Queues are expected. First time for me visiting the TKW headquarters and I was surprised how big it was inside, with space sufficient to accommodate over 200 diners. 秘製香辣水煮花甲 Clams were not exactly fresh. Bit of a letdown
脆皮焼BB鴿 Skin was no longer crispy when it was served. But the flavours were balanced. Meat was tender and succulent.
Another must order is the 豬油撈飯。Didn’t take a photo of it but it was so so good.
Overall high CP. Great vibe. Will revisit to try the other dishes.
