Kokoro Mazesoba was founded by Japanese chef Takuma Ishikawa in Tokyo Japan in 2013. Mazesoba is a type of soupless ramen. All soba are made in house on a daily basis to ensure it’s freshness.I paid multiple visits, for lunch and dinner respectively. There isn’t much difference on the menu, but it is way busier during lunch hours because it is located near office buildings.
