Had a wonderful dim sum lunch with friends at the brand new Hilton Garden Inn Hotels's Eagle Garden restaurant in Mong Kok. The best roast BBQ pork that I have ever had (this is a must try). The dim sum was very well done and served hot and fresh! The highlight was the dessert nitrogen mango ice cream, which was prepared by the wait staff right in front of us, very novel idea and of course tasted great! The wait staff was friendly and helpful!
