This Christmas afternoon tea at Green has unlimited Godiva soft serve which already made it very attractive. However, the tea set was also great by itself. Besides scones, they also had gingerbread, which were all warm and delicious.Out of all the savouries, I liked the Chocolate Foie Gras with Green Peppercorn the most. The chocolate flavor balanced well with the foie gras making it acceptable even for those not liking foie gras. For the desserts, the White Chocolate Reindeer Raspberry Crystal

Out of all the savouries, I liked the Chocolate Foie Gras with Green Peppercorn the most. The chocolate flavor balanced well with the foie gras making it acceptable even for those not liking foie gras. For the desserts, the White Chocolate Reindeer Raspberry Crystal was the best as the tartness of the raspberry neutralized the sweetness of the chocolate which was well needed as there were so many chocolate desserts. The whole tea set was also very christmassy with penguins, sleighs, reindeers etc.
Despite the afternoon tea was great, given the unlimited soft serve and all the chocolate desserts, I think having more savory and less desserts may be a better choice to balance out the tea set. Despite eating the savory and chocolate desserts alternatively, by the end, I can't taste much difference between the desserts which is a shame as they are all crafted beautifully.
