The stuffed crab shell with salad is insanely delicious while the soft shell crab is crispy outside & juicy inside!
⭐️Roasted Suckling Pig
With the fragrant fig paste, this signature roasted suckling pig is different from those I had before. Very rich in flavour with super crispy skin!!
⭐️Deep-fried Prawn with crispy rice crust
My favorite dish of the night 🧡 the prawns are deep-dried until golden coatings, together with the rich salted egg paste - absolute indulgence!
⭐️Braised Fish Maw with white mushroom & Chinese cabbage Tasty and nutritious.
⭐️Stir-fried Chinese Lettuce with preserved shrimp paste
