Be warn!! Bad customer service!My experience with Burgeroom was one of the kind.The owner "Steven" was so rude. I thought he was a waiter but it was the owner that was rude and super bad customer service skills. As a F&B owner, does he know customers is always right ? This is one of the reasons why so many F&B are closing down in HK! There's no customer service when food quality is just ok. There are so many other choices. Why do I need to go there and pay that 10% service fee for rude service!

Why do I need to go there and pay that 10% service fee for rude service! The owner should be so ashamed of himself. He should go take a customer service course before presenting himself at his rest!
