極度失望的用餐體驗!老闆態度惡劣!
我真係好失望!幫襯咗好多年,佢哋一向有90分鐘用餐限制,但從來唔會趕客。今日原本同一位朋友兩人坐二人枱,後來另外兩位朋友加入,我客氣詢問一位員工(後來先知係老闆Stephen/Steven)可否轉去四人枱。當時有兩位客人坐緊四人位,佢直接黑面答「唔得」,我追問點解,佢竟然話:「總之唔得!佢哋係我客人,我唔可以搬佢哋!」 跟住我話「我都係你嘅客人」 佢話「咁又點呀,總之唔得!」
離譜在於:
完全冇禮貌!就算真係唔得,正常都會講句「唔好意思,這兩位客人之前已經換過位,暫時安排唔到」 or 「唔好意思啊,要你等咁耐! 而家暫時冇位, 一有位我即刻轉俾你哋呀! 」 咁樣答法係咪正常好多啊?基本嘅Customer Service禮貌。
老闆親自趕客!我問佢係咪經理,佢串爆:「我係呢度老細!」(之後先知佢就係老闆!)哇,老細當面同客人咁講嘢? 我做餐飲十幾年,未見過咁荒謬嘅事!
香港服務業就係畀呢啲人搞衰! 而家終於明白點解大家寧願返大陸消費!你唔稀罕做生意就閂檔啦,唔好拖累其他用心經營嘅香港餐廳!
人生第一次寫負評,就獻畀呢位「尊貴」嘅老闆。以後唔會再幫襯,亦會提醒身邊朋友避開呢間極品!
至於食物方面,我通常只點他們的小吃,他們的漢堡是雪藏肉!
**Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience!
I’m so disappointed! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they’ve always had a 90-minute dining limit, but they never rushed the customers. Today, I was sitting at a two-person table with one friend when two more friends joined us after. I politely asked a staff member (who turned out to be the owner, Stephen/Steven) if we could move to a four-person table. At that moment, there were two customers sitting at a four-seater, and he immediately scowled and said, **“No!”** I asked why, and he rudely snapped, **“Just no! They’re my customers, and I can’t move them!”** I replied, **“I’m your customer too,”** and he shot back, **“So what? No means no!”**
1. Even if it wasn’t possible, a normal response would be something like, *“Sorry, these guests have already switched seats once, so we can’t rearrange them now,”* or *“Sorry for the wait! We don’t have space at the moment, but we’ll move you as soon as a table opens up.”* Wouldn’t that sound much more professional? That’s basic customer service etiquette!
2. When I asked if he was the manager, he said : **“I’m the owner here!”** (Only then I realize he was the owner!) Wow, a business owner actually speaking to customers like that? I’ve worked in F&B for over a decade and have never seen anything this ridiculous!
3. **This is exactly why Hong Kong’s service industry is declining!** Now I understand why people prefer spending money in mainland China instead. If you don’t care about your business, just shut it down—don’t drag down other Hong Kong restaurants that actually put in an effort!
This is my first-ever negative review, I just couldn’t believe an owner can behave like that!! I’ll never return and will warn all my friends to avoid this awful place!
As for food wise, I usually just order their snacks, their burger are frozen meat.
