We went to this restaurant for lunch today, and ordered their signature 海膽燒賣， and was served a cold, raw dish. The pork inside was still pink and cold from the fridge.Very disappointed.The atmosphere was nice and other food arrived hot. Just disappointed with the hygiene and uncooked food.The staff took the dish away and gave us a new dish, and said it was a mixup of cold and cooked food in the steamer.
