呢度嘅湯底一向都做得好出色 好濃厚😛每一次食完都好滿足～炙燒豚肉口感非常好 又夠厚 表面燒到脆脆地咁👍🏻另外一定要讚下嘅係呢度嘅糖心蛋😋煮得啱啱好 有少少蛋汁撈埋啲拉麵食 perfect🤩反而個人覺得餃子有啲普通唔洗試😅.if salty broth is your cup of tea, i’d definitely recommend you to try out Bariuma’s ramen! they serve super rich broth, layered with flavours 😋 i was quite impressed with their chasiu too - they were torched for extra crisp on the outside 👍🏻 also, the soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly 💯.what did i order: 濃厚豬骨豚肉玉子拉麵($88) 😋😋😋辛辣炙燒豚肉味王拉麵($93) 😋😋羽根燒餃子($35) 😋 (download個app做會員就可以+$15換到一份餃子
