唔係第一次嚟呢間潮州餐廳食飯,之前比我哋感覺還好。但今日去食晚飯,未食完餸我哋已經叫定甜品:高燒三寶(知道需時去整),之後侍應也擺放好食甜品嘅碟同叉俾我哋,點知過咗10分鐘佢同我哋講話廚房冇貨,當時時間係晚上7:45pm,咁我哋話要反沙芋啦,佢又話冇,我哋就覺得奇怪:第一時間尚早、咁快賣晒?第二如果真係冇點解仲擺放叉碟,以及唔即時講俾我哋聽冇這兩樣甜品呢。當時雖然覺得怪但係都算啦,侍應即刻同我哋埋單(我哋未講埋單嘅),朋友就去洗手間,返嚟同我講有枱食客枱上有高燒三寶⋯⋯我再睇見門口好多人響度等位,即時明白係乜嘢原因冇高燒三寶了,咁樣嘅經營走手法,我哋唔會再回頭!感覺勁差!之後我哋去咗隔離中環街市嘅’久両菜’(同樣係潮州菜)食反沙芋、黑糖糕,食物更好更勝一籌!
