Started off with pain puri as starters, it’s a crispy, fried, hallow dough balls stuffed with herbed boiled potatoes🥔its paired with spicy tangy water n sweet tamarind sauce for u to pour in the ball, every bite tasted like a burst of flavours in your mouth💥
Cheese pan bhaji is topped with a lot of cheese n salted butter over masala, pan buns are toasted in butter🧈while kaju masala is a semi gravy dish of sautéed cashew nuts n tomato, ordered cheese naan stuffed paratha separately (highly recommend getting this‼️u get to choose the stuffing - aloo (potato)/ paneer (cottage cheese)/ cheese/ mixed vegetables/ jain options) Everything taste bomb apart from the Chinese bhel, its an Indo-chinese street food, fried noodles & stir fried vegetables🥢 slightly too salty for me but the staff recommended us to dip the fried noodles into vinegar to balance out our palate👍🏼
Kailash Parbat 係一間連鎖素食店，遍布全球等地，佢地提供由純素到耆那教嘅選擇。
今餐以 Pani Puri 作為開胃菜，是一款塞滿著香草薯仔的香脆麵團球，搭配鹹辣水同甜甜嘅羅望子醬，每一啖都係口入面散發出唔同嘅風味。
Cheese Pan Bhaji上面鋪滿大量芝士同鹹牛油，而Kaju Masala就係一道半濃郁嘅炒腰果同番茄菜式。另外我地單點左內餡芝士嘅印度烙餅（強烈推薦!!! 因為你可以選擇內餡 - 馬鈴薯/ 印度乾酪/ 芝士/ 蔬菜）。除了Chinese Bhel之外，基本上所有菜式都值得一試。這是一種印度-中國街頭美食，炸麵同蔬菜，但對我而言稍微有點太鹹，所以店員建議我們沾醋。
