Kailash Parbat係一間位於尖沙咀,主打印度素食嘅餐廳~ 今次係我地第一次食印度素食,佢地嘅野食都好surprise全部都好好食😍✅Paneer Three Pepper 係用中式醬汁將cottage cheese同三色椒一齊整~ cottage cheese 望落好似雞粒咁但食落好似豆乾~ 呢道菜用中式醬汁一齊炒好惹味~🥰✅Bambaiya Dahi Puri 係一個香脆波波入面放住粒粒薯仔同甜酸醬,上面就放在yogurt~ 外層脆脆地而入面軟腍腍,面頭放咗啲香料同配料,令地個口感都偏向脆卜卜~ 😉✅Chole Bhatura 係鷹咀豆咖哩配煎餅,個餅係都係用cottage cheese 整成,食落唔會太膩之餘同鷹咀豆咖哩好夾~✅Mushroom Baby Corn Kadai 呢款咖喱係用蘑菇同粟米整成,辣味剛剛好唔會太辣,而且仲帶有香濃嘅椰汁味都幾惹味,用黎配大蒜烤餅就最啱啦~🤩✅芒果奶昔同朱古力奶昔味道都係偏甜,但我地都係比較鍾意朱古力嗰杯多啲~ 因為入面有雪糕,味道唔錯~ 😜
