It's my second time visiting this restaurant! I have brought my colleague here this time and happy to share my experience~4-course menu HK$468🔸Hawaiian Raw-Tuna SaladThe diced tuna is so fresh and a delicate blend with the wakame🐟. The diced tuna is so fresh and a delicate blend with the wakame🐟. The red onion further elevated the sweetness of the sashimi 🧅 while the black and white sesame bring out its oil 😋

🔸Grilled Australian M6 Wagyu (+HK$158)This is the second time Tummy having this dish. As compared to first time, there is a great improvement exhibited 💓🥰 Th M6 sirloin is of fine quality.👍🏼 The surface is fried just right and the inner meat is not overcooked and super juicy 🤩 The taste of truffle sauce is amusing ❣️✨
🔸DessertI forgot what I had last time but the hojicha cheesecake I got this time is truly impressive 🍵🥰 Rich in flavour and in bite-size. Plating is elegant and definitely suitable after a heavy meal.
Extra points to the bread, especially the homemade sun dried tomato cheese spread, the truffle cheese spread and the garlic rosemary cheese spread 💗🍅🧀
