I had a happy and memorable evening with my best friend at the restaurant, the foods, and wine are so good quality and the environment is so beautiful and clean. amazing vibe with live band in the house🪘Recommend the Scallop Curry, Octopus, truffle Naan and their tea. Surprised at how much they make seafood in terms of taste and texture, a great match with the rich and flavorful coconut base curry and the sauces provided 🥰❥❥ pistachio kulfi has surprised me a lot. never thought of such a ginger 🫚 flavoured ice cream. and peanut butter flavour by the side (however this is slightly too sweet for me )

Chutney Tandoor house is located in Central. Overall it's a very delightful experience.The appetiser is crackers with chutney sauces. The green, salty and cilantro flavoured. The red, a little bit spicy and the yellow/white was sweet.The shrimp is huge. I could taste the cumin on it. The sauce is homemade guava chutney with mustard.The salad has mint cilantro with some fruits and red onion. It’s very refreshing and minty and citrusy, very refreshing. Chutney Tandoor house is located in Central. Overall it's a very delightful experience.

The appetiser is crackers with chutney sauces. The green, salty and cilantro flavoured. The red, a little bit spicy and the yellow/white was sweet.

The shrimp is huge. I could taste the cumin on it. The sauce is homemade guava chutney with mustard.

The salad has mint cilantro with some fruits and red onion. It’s very refreshing and minty and citrusy, very refreshing.
The top is covered with the cracker and sprinkled with the chutney sauce on top. And then also sprinkled on top with crispy sticks. It’s quite light. Also has spicy aftertaste.

Butter chicken has a drizzle of truffle sauce which when mixed together with the butter curry sauce makes it very savoury. Also the spices in the butter chicken are not very strong so anyone would like it.

Dessert was a warm and comforting pudding with pistachio sprinkled on
it. Also contains carrots, cashew, ghee and ricotta cheese.

In summary, Chutney can be a full course fine dining experience with Live band performance in a great atmosphere.

recently tried a fantastic vegetarian menu that beautifully highlights Indian flavors!
The Tandoori Cauliflower was beautifully charred and infused with spices. The buttermilk and cream dressing was rich and creamy, providing a luscious contrast to the smoky cauliflower.
The koftas were soft and flavorful, made with a blend of traditional spices and the naan was perfect for soaking up the curry.
The impossible meat was seasoned well and texture was very similar to a real meat! This is my first time trying impossible meat and I quite enjoyed it. Impossible meat is a plant-based product made from ingredients like soy protein concentrate, coconut oil, and natural flavors. It offers high-quality protein and essential amino acids, with zero cholesterol and lower fat content, promoting heart health. Its production uses significantly less water and emits fewer carbon emissions than traditional meat. Combining plant-based nutrition with the taste and texture of real meat, it’s a sustainable and health-conscious alternative. Highly recommend you guys to give a try!
Last but not least my friend loves the dessert so much! It was recommended by the staff🤣 The creamy rice pudding, infused with figs, was decadent and paired wonderfully with the vanilla ice cream, creating a delightful contrast of temperatures and flavors.
Each course was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the richness of Indian cuisine while catering to modern tastes. Whether you're a vegetarian or simply looking to explore new flavors, this menu is a delightful adventure for the palate.

一直以為impossible meat只係用黎整下漢堡、雞件等快餐,原來加上創意就可以造出複雜精緻既菜式🤩成餐飯最驚艷既就係呢一道咖喱主菜,望落以為係普通肉丸,原來係一件件用impossible meat做成既小”肉”餅,裏面混合薑同印度茅屋芝士,再以肉桂及豆蔻等香料調味🤩 impossible meat 咬落口,無論口感定肉汁感覺都同真肉非常相似,配以濃郁香滑咖喱作基底,配印度飯或naan一樣咁惹味!

肉丸真的超有驚喜,完全好像在吃真肉!以Impossible Meat製成肉丸,並加入印度奶酪、生薑、肉桂和咖喱等香料,味道惹味得來帶有層次感。肉丸不僅像乒乓球般大粒,重點是很Juicy,還能吃到粒粒肉粒🤭

這些菜式調味濃郁,層次分明。尤其是Aloo Tikki Chaat的香辣與果醬的搭配,以及Tandoori Cauliflower的豐富份量(簡直就像個大蛋糕),讓我印象深刻。薄餅厚身得來做到外脆內軟,無需沾醬也很美味!

這次的素食體驗不僅美味,還讓我對素食有了全新的認識, 尤其是以impossible meat 製成的肉丸,真的像肉夠juicy又有咬口!

It was a surprise standout - perfectly charred outer coating concealing a tender vegetarian delight within. Incredibly soft but quite rich and creamy, a few pieces were quite filling.

It was rich yet well-balanced, with the tomato gravy elevated by the addition of aromatic truffle yoghurt. Flavorful chunks of chicken were generously portioned and tender. A classic done exceptionally.

The naans were both pillowy soft and beautifully charred exterior. The garlic naan had the perfect balance of pungency while the butter naan sopped up all the rich curry sauces exceptionally well.

I went to Chutney to celebrate my friend's birthday and we enjoyed the food a lot. Nightmare starts towards the end of our lunch:Whilst the waiter was cleaning the table, he accidentally dropped a plate on my glass, which made glass shattered everywhere. But we were fine with the small incident and asked if the waiter was ok or not.Then the staff brought out the birthday cake to us, and at the same time, also brought out the bill with their card machine before any plates and cutleries were place

I went to Chutney to celebrate my friend's birthday and we enjoyed the food a lot. Nightmare starts towards the end of our lunch:

Whilst the waiter was cleaning the table, he accidentally dropped a plate on my glass, which made glass shattered everywhere. But we were fine with the small incident and asked if the waiter was ok or not.
Then the staff brought out the birthday cake to us, and at the same time, also brought out the bill with their card machine before any plates and cutleries were placed on the table (for eating the cake). We didn't ask for the bill but it seems they were eager to kick us out (at around 2:30pm).
Since they charge a cake fee, wee then asked the waiter to help us cut the cake. The waiter first brought out the plates and 3 knives (without forks) and did not cut the cake for us. We then ask him to cut the cake for us. He did it at our table unwillingly and clearly with an attitude. The cake slides were clearly uneven and we had to split the cake ourselves.
This was not the end.

We then ask the waiter to help us pack the other half of the cake. He did pack the cake but put it in a Mandarin Oriental paper bag that was smaller than the cake box. Although our cake was from MO, but we came with a bigger MO bag. He even tried to prove us wrong by saying the paper bag and the box are from MO. We insisted that we had a bigger bag and he eventually went back and returned the original bag to us. 
Even though the food was great, the service was categorically appalling. Please retrain your staff and address your staffs' attitude. We didn't feel welcomed at all.

After visiting Tai Kwun, we headed to the restaurant across the street, CHUTNEY, for dinner. This place was full of surprises! The decor was opulent, resembling an Indian palace. After visiting Tai Kwun, we headed to the restaurant across the street, CHUTNEY, for dinner. This place was full of surprises! The decor was opulent, resembling an Indian palace. Main Course:
Chutney Butter Chicken
A local butter chicken curry made with truffle yogurt. The taste is rich and creamy—definitely pair it with Naan for the best experience.

A decent place for Indian cuisine but would say the food aren’t the most authentic I’ve had, they toned down on the spice level to more suit local taste buds as well as added some innovative twist in traditional cuisine.The samosa was our less favorite, the pastry was slightly thick and not flaky enough. The samosa was our less favorite, the pastry was slightly thick and not flaky enough. Filling also lacks the level of spice, very mild flavors.

The tandoori cauliflower was so soft it just melts in your mouth, felt like it was braised in buttermilk you can easily cut through it with your fork. Taste was good but quite rich and filling after a few servings.

Next we had the lamp chop masala which was delicious but felt the spice level isn’t like other masala I’ve had, would recommend for those who isn’t that accepted of Indian spice.

The naan was outstanding, so soft and flaky but yet you get a slight chewiness.

Overall the food was decent but didn’t feel it was really authentic flavor more with a twist but the outcome is still pleasant.

The food took a very long time to arrive. Upon entering, no one served us water, and we had to wait ages for someone to take our orders. I am unsure why the restaurant received a score of 9.2 in dinning city.The food did not impress us, and some dishes were overly salty.To be fair, after complaining about the service and waiting for the food for so long, even the table near us, which arrived 20 minutes after us, had finished their meal and checked the bill before our food arrived. To be fair, after complaining about the service and waiting for the food for so long, even the table near us, which arrived 20 minutes after us, had finished their meal and checked the bill before our food arrived. They offered us a drink and apologized, I did not accept their offer as I was not in the mood for anything including the food I ordered.
