Me and my friend were talking about ramen the whole time while we were working out last night😆and we came across with this ramen place in Wan Chai, cos everyone has been talking about them on the net…so I thought, I need to check it out today😆Thank God I came early, otherwise, it’s gonna be a long wait. Then I ordered their Beef Tendon Ramen😋The broth is so thick and rich, and it’s a little peppery but not to the point that would ruin the balance of the broth. I also like how gooey and tender the tendon was😊I reckon their ramen is pretty outstanding but not enough for me to queue for it and I think they can work on their chashu, it’s a tad overcooked.
