話說上個weekend同班friend踩完單車,個個餓到可以吞得落隻牛🐂!有人提議去馬鞍山新開嘅「泰金船」醫肚,本來諗住泰菜嚟嚟去去都係嗰幾味?點知今次真係跌晒眼鏡啊!🔥 泰式咖喱炒軟殼蟹 - 香到爆炸!一上枱就知中伏(係好嗰種!)四隻金黃軟殼蟹浸喺咖喱海入面,啲蟹殼脆到「索索聲」仲keep到肉汁💦!最正係個秘製黃咖喱,椰香勁濃但又唔會漏,我直頭拎嚟撈埋成碗白飯!Friend仲搞笑到舔碟邊啲汁,話「呢啲精華唔可以嘥」🤣 埋單先知原來咖喱係每日用十幾種香料即磨,真係冇得輸!🦐 泰式焗炒絲蝦 - 鑊氣爆燈!以為係普通金邊粉?大錯特錯!師傅將成隻手掌咁大嘅虎蝦開邊焗,蝦膏多到漏油🤤 下底啲粉絲索晒蒜蓉牛油香,仲有啲脆米鋪面增加口感。最過癮係上菜時鐵板仲「滋滋」響,個香味攻過嚟真係忍唔住相機食先📸 蝦肉彈牙到呢... 我懷疑師傅同啲蝦做過massage囉!🍋 檸檬鐵板燒牛肉 - 清新派代表!食完濃味嘢本來想叫杯嘢飲,點知呢個鐵板牛自帶解膩功能!厚切安格斯牛柳煎到外脆內粉紅,關鍵係上枱前嗌吱新鮮青檸汁🍋 酸香即刻同醬撞出火花! 哇!個口感豐富到似開party👯♀️埋單人均$250有找,以呢個分量同質素真心抵到爛!今次去冇得聽泰文版《上海灘》有啲可惜~ 總結:馬鞍山街坊唔使再山長水遠出九龍食泰菜,呢間絕對係隱世MVP!PS:記得預早book位🚶♂️🚶♀️🚶♂️ continue reading
