This is one of my favorite ramen shops in Hong Kong. I’m really into strong, rich flavors, and their tsukemen totally hits the spot. It’s got a deep prawn taste, and the soup is super thick, which helps it cling to the noodles perfectly. The amount of protein in the tsukemen is just right. Not too much, not too little, so no complaints there. I’ve tried their ramen on a few different visits, and it’s nice, but I still prefer the tsukemen by far.The queue usually starts around 7 in the evening, so

The queue usually starts around 7 in the evening, so it’s better to get there a bit earlier. Just a heads-up, the shop only has high-table seating, so it might be tricky for bigger groups to sit and chat comfortably.
Still, I absolutely love this place. I have been visiting this shop since i moved around the area 5 years ago. The food deserves way more recognition, and the service is great too.
