天氣凍凍地相約朋友打返個豪華版邊爐。黎左元朗嘅大滾友火鍋。餐廳走宮廷風,無論係裝修定係火鍋定火鍋配料嘅賣相都好有視覺效果!佢哋嘅火鍋湯底毫不馬虎,有多款選擇,每款都足料。火鍋配料亦應有盡有,肉類新鮮又高質。叫左一jar竹蔗茅根配搭火鍋,可以解膩同解渴。飲得出係真材實料,而且唔會太甜。今次叫左個花膠雞湯鍋。用上三黃雞同花膠熬製,湯頭鮮甜無比, 超好飲!呢款湯底可以揀半隻或一隻雞,半隻雞已經好夠2-3個人食。啲雞件本身已經係半生熟,只要放入個湯到淥多3分鐘就食得,保留返雞肉嘅味道同彈性。真正打邊爐之前飲左兩大碗湯配雞件,已經飽左將近一半。火鍋配料方面點左個細嘅牛肉拼盤。拼盤上檯嘅時候仲有煙霧瀰漫效果。呢個拼盤包括多款牛肉部位,有手切本地牛頸脊、安格斯牛肉、牛舌片、牛黃喉、骰子牛肉粒、牛小排。每一款都好高質!肉味濃厚,肉質鮮嫩。 最中意當中嘅牛小排同手切牛頸脊!伊比利亞橡果豬都必點!豬肉嘅肉質嫩口,一啲都唔鞋,而且油脂分佈平均,無食牛肉咁膩。另外第一次食魚唇。原來口感同魚肚有幾分相似,不過多左種爽脆感,幾特別!手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸。口感彈牙又有好重墨魚鮮,咬開有鵝肝餡有驚喜。蔬菜拼盤砌到好靚。

有木桶裝著豆腐花,淋上酒後再加火營造火焰效果,食落有陣酒味嘅豆腐花毫無違和感,仲幾好味!
