To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Cafe5月3日同老婆去Hyatt的Cafe食自助餐慶祝結婚週年。食物種類不多，連飲料都欠奉，不額外加錢就淨飲水，最後先嚟一杯檸檬茶或咖啡。魚生好孤寒，每款比兩件。和牛粒煎得太熟，嘥晒。推介嘅即烚龍蝦，肉質都係麻麻地。另外，侍應生人數太少。星期六晚唔算忙，坐唔滿，但係好似唔夠人做嘢，好耐都冇人收碟。原價每位$888，好在19:30後入座有7折。兩個人埋單連加一$1420。抵唔抵真係見人見智，不過我就唔會再去。
