朋友預訂了尖沙咀凱悅酒店咖啡廳的自助晚餐(買2送2,折後每位$473)食物選擇算豐富,有冷海鮮(長腳蟹、青口、小龍蝦、煙三文魚、螺),刺身、壽司。有日式天婦羅(蝦、秋葵及南瓜)鐵板燒牛柳粒。中式熱葷包括蒸沙巴、椒鹽蝦、上湯龍蝦鉗、瑤柱西蘭花、豬腳薑、辣煮海鮮、醉雞、燒味等。西式有西冷肉眼、豬鞍、燒龍蝦、烤雜菜、螺絲粉。另外有印度咖哩、即煮粉麵、燉花膠雞湯。另外,每位有一客炆鮑魚。甜品方面,有楊枝甘露布丁、桂花糕、蛋糕仔、tiramisu,亦有麵包布丁、窩夫餅及雪糕等。烤龍蝦肉質比較堅韌,這方面有點失手。燒肉眼肉汁香濃,但同樣堅韌。鐵板燒牛柳粒過熟,較難咀嚼。豬鞍也稍欠嫰滑。第一碟主菜已令我有點失望。相反,海鮮冷盤質素不俗,煙三文魚有鹹香,滑不溜口;長腳蟹充滿海水味,新鮮而肉質一梳梳的。小龍蝦肉質煙韌。帶子刺身新鮮彈牙,甜美動人。蒸龍蝦清新而肉質更爽口,仍保留鮮味,絕對要嘗試。鮑魚入味,軟腍,醬汁的調味恰到好處。豉汁青口及椒鹽蝦味濃,但各類燒味不算美味,口感亦堅韌,質素比普通中式酒樓的還要差。花膠雞燉湯用料一般,味道清醇,有雞肉及龍眼,但很難才撈到幾片花膠碎。甜品全部用心製造,賣相精緻,一絲不苟,質素比主菜優勝。Tiramisu簡直是人間滋味,入口濕潤軟滑,絕對不可錯過。楊枝甘露及桂花糕軟滑微甜,味道驚豔,帶來幸福感。其他甜品亦手功精緻,味道不俗。再有溫暖甜美的麵包布丁,以及窩夫餅,夾著香滑的Haagen Daze雪糕,味道昇華而有層次。服務方面,每位侍應笑容滿面,細心有禮。環境採用木系裝修,優雅舒適。

性價比高嘅半自助餐-尖沙咀凱悅酒店咖啡廳Fb:下一站豬欄; IG@Pig7station平時見呢間嘅半自助餐都好吸引,今次平日做緊優惠,平日lunch時間就過嚟試吓,都幾多人😂可以選擇一個main course, 前菜刺身沙律甜品都係任食嘅😌自助餐款式都幾多,甜品一定要食crème brûlée😂雪糕係Häagen-Daz 黎😍刺身都有幾款,尚算新鮮😀至於main course 牛比較韌,反而豬扒有驚喜,肉質Juicy,不過餐具就好似便當形式,有少少唔match😅 Overal都算抵食,又坐得舒服,但係可以試吓😉

好耐無食過諗住再幫襯返,以前嘅凱悅酒店甜品款式多,不論熱盤&冷盤質素絕不馬虎,是中上水平,但……今次食完是超級失望,每人連加一服務費要七百幾蚊一位,仲要係有7折先係咁嘅價位,出面咁嘅價錢已有蠔食,但佢連一些四星级酒店,還比佢好得多,甜品已往係無得輸,昨晚食的甜品,地鐵站裡面的西餅店好食過佢,其實無咩可以讚賞得到,沒有飲品區都算,每位客人得一杯飲品,或者出面得一小壺薄荷水比你斟嚟飲,侍應加水的次數少到不得了,還要客人叫先加水,同區同級數的酒店,遠勝佢幾條街,沒需要再光顧,很失望。😓😓😓

週日family day,當然是去吃喝玩樂輕鬆一下啦!來到咖啡廳食早午自助餐,除了可享用多款美食,還有一系列精彩活動;每兩位成人惠顧,一位12歲以下小童即可免費享用早午餐,好適合一家大小來歡渡親子時光。玩樂區活動包括面部彩繪、兒童印水貼紙、扭蛋機、棉花糖,更有朱古力曲奇、杯子蛋糕、甜甜圈,感覺去了嘉年華會一樣,大小朋友都好開心。兒童自助餐美食區,有蕃茄軟芝士薄餅、炸魚薯條、炸熱狗、迷你牛肉漢堡、台式鹽酥雞、牛油粟米、墨西哥雞肉餡餅、菠蘿燒火腿等,全都是小朋友喜愛的美食,非常美味﹗旁邊是燒美國有骨肉眼,肉味香濃,入口柔嫩; 還有必食的芝士蟹肉意大利飯。冰鎮海鮮有小龍蝦、凍蝦、沙白、青口,鮮甜美味。多款芝士、冷盤火腿、新鮮沙律菜及配料、刺身、壽司等。熱食區一邊有即製天婦羅、高質燒味拼盤、入味花雕雞翼、涼拌木耳、辣酒煮花螺、酥脆黃金炸魚皮、惹味椒鹽三文魚頭等等。印度美食區由印度廚師主理,印度薄餅、烤雞、湯品等等,香料味與辣味層層遞進,正宗印度風味,推介﹗飲料方面,有清新的薄荷葉水及甜蜜的蜜桃紅茶;另有潤燥老火湯。這裡的甜品也是我喜歡的,必食滑溜豆腐花、即製窩夫、黑森林蛋糕、芒果芝士蛋糕、粟子蛋糕、檸檬茶蛋糕、士多啤梨拿破崙、芒果糯米飯、多款杯裝甜品及水果方粒,6款口味 haagen-dazs雪糕;特別喜歡tiramisu,咖啡酒味剛剛好,口感軟滑。每位客人奉送一杯咖啡或茶,吃得飽滯,正好喝杯檸檬茶消滯一下呢﹗

Cafe5月3日同老婆去Hyatt的Cafe食自助餐慶祝結婚週年。食物種類不多,連飲料都欠奉,不額外加錢就淨飲水,最後先嚟一杯檸檬茶或咖啡。魚生好孤寒,每款比兩件。和牛粒煎得太熟,嘥晒。推介嘅即烚龍蝦,肉質都係麻麻地。另外,侍應生人數太少。星期六晚唔算忙,坐唔滿,但係好似唔夠人做嘢,好耐都冇人收碟。原價每位$888,好在19:30後入座有7折。兩個人埋單連加一$1420。抵唔抵真係見人見智,不過我就唔會再去。
