呢間蠻有特色嘅釜山商會,由嚟自釜山嘅韓國人經營。店主傳承釜山餐館嘅獨門手藝,菜式做得相當出色。Smoked Pork Belly Sauces 傳統韓國菜,以生菜包著燒五花腩,伴著洋蔥、豆瓣醬、蒜頭及青椒一起吃。五花腩肉質特別嫩滑,利用高質嘅食材,影響着整體嘅味道同質感。Fried Pork with Sweet and Sour Sauce 餐廳新推出嘅菜式,賣相好似薯條咁,適合大家用嚟送酒嘅小食。食落口嘅時候,唔覺得炸粉油膩,而豬肉有稍為處理過,質感非常之特別,又覺得佢似麥樂雞,但當然係更加好食啦!
