To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日去上海街618行下，附近都有幾間食肆，不過見地面嘅呢間蘇媽.蘇媽環境寬敞有較多座位，可以入去慢慢坐，所以揀咗呢間食個late lunch。平日午餐有比較抵食嘅set lunch連飲品，假日就無呢個menu，只有全日適用嘅餐牌，一個主食連飲品動輒要超過$100，都唔算平。特製辣椒板麵 ($69) ★★★★✰蘇媽嘅肉骨茶同叻沙就食得多都好出名，今次試下比較少人食嘅板麵，用QR code落單有得揀辣度。板麵賣相好地道吸引，有蝦乾、魚乾、肉粒、半熟蛋同埋辣椒碎，撈埋一齊非常香口但又唔會太重口味。我尤其中意鹹鹹哋少少硬嘅魚乾，食落好有口感但同扁扁嘅板麵好夾。店員積極鼓勵我落啲黑豉油撈埋一齊食，不過我覺得就咁撈碗入面嘅辣椒碎食都夠味，好惹味。今次試新選項有驚喜，而且呢個麵嘅價錢合理，如果唔夠飽叫多份小食已經好滿足。舖內侍應人數充足，服務完全無問題。
