Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳雖然開在一個比較靜的地方,但晚上的人流量也挺不錯的,晚上快8點了,還都是滿座的,裝修也挺有東南亞風味,來吃飯也可以感受一下氣氛。麥皮蝦(138元)很少見的一個組合,令人想不出的味道,吃完以後挺有驚喜的。店員更特別說明一定要吃麥皮,比蝦更好吃。整個份量挺不錯的,因為全部都是能吃的,沒其他配菜,蝦經過炸香,再跟麥皮一起炒香,所以吃起來挺酥脆的,連殼都可以吃,而麥皮也是脆脆的口感,吃起來帶一份奶香味,配上青紅椒和九層塔的增香,挺惹味的。麥皮真的好吃!馬拉盞蝦米炒通菜(82元)我們選了炒通茶,口感脆嫩,味道鹹香,加了蝦米後,有獨特的海鮮味,而且不會太鹹。椰香咖央多士(42元)中間厚厚的一層咖央醬,而多士烘得非常香,中間還是挺鬆軟的,吃起來外脆內軟,咖央醬綿綿滑滑的,味道香甜,挺邪惡的。桔仔話梅水(30元)加了話梅後,味道更酸甜,梅味挺香濃的,桔仔水本身挺清甜的。冬瓜龍眼茶(30元)消暑必飲了,整杯喝起來都非常清爽,冬瓜清甜,還有冬瓜肉,也不會太甜膩。 continue reading

次次經過旺角都被佢外貌設計吸引好想入去一邊食一邊欣賞。今次有時間的起心肝入去試下佢😜一踏入去已經感受到古式古香懷舊風味😮欣賞完裝修後即刻睇吓有乜馬來西亞美食先,餐牌入面有好多美食😘但今次試左未試過嘅肉骨茶先,再加碟魚🐟仔醬蘿白糕、油炸鬼和特飲似水榴槤🤟肉骨茶(三層肉)白飯,油菜:待應熱辣辣送上,份量好足,三層肉肥瘦均匀,肥肉望落似好肥,但入口即溶肥而不腻🥰豆卜索晒個湯好好味,肉骨茶入口濃香好杰,濃濃藥材味和濃濃嘅肉味,大家冇搶大家嘅味,恰到好處👍👍👍魚🐟仔醬蘿白糕:蘿白糕煎到外脆內嫩,入口感覺有d蝦米粒🤔加埋魚🐟仔醬嘅鮮味和辣味,更加惹味☺油炸鬼:唔知馬來西亞係唔係唔同中國做法,食落口感需然外面都係脆,但內裏就比較煙韌结實😉齋食已經好食,但原來浸落肉骨茶裏面,索滿肉骨茶個口感更加正💯似水榴槤:賣相已好靓,入口濃濃嘅榴槤味,對喜歡榴槤愛好者一定要試👻👻👻真係要來多幾次先可以試埋其他馬來西亞美食,另外順帶一提如叫肉骨茶食,飲完唔夠可以添加😎😎😎 continue reading

假日去上海街618行下,附近都有幾間食肆,不過見地面嘅呢間蘇媽.蘇媽環境寬敞有較多座位,可以入去慢慢坐,所以揀咗呢間食個late lunch。平日午餐有比較抵食嘅set lunch連飲品,假日就無呢個menu,只有全日適用嘅餐牌,一個主食連飲品動輒要超過$100,都唔算平。特製辣椒板麵 ($69) ★★★★✰蘇媽嘅肉骨茶同叻沙就食得多都好出名,今次試下比較少人食嘅板麵,用QR code落單有得揀辣度。板麵賣相好地道吸引,有蝦乾、魚乾、肉粒、半熟蛋同埋辣椒碎,撈埋一齊非常香口但又唔會太重口味。我尤其中意鹹鹹哋少少硬嘅魚乾,食落好有口感但同扁扁嘅板麵好夾。店員積極鼓勵我落啲黑豉油撈埋一齊食,不過我覺得就咁撈碗入面嘅辣椒碎食都夠味,好惹味。今次試新選項有驚喜,而且呢個麵嘅價錢合理,如果唔夠飽叫多份小食已經好滿足。舖內侍應人數充足,服務完全無問題。 continue reading
