荃灣最近人氣急升的自家製懷舊點心店鋿晶館,終於有時間可以同媽媽一齊試到啦~聽講點心師傅係日本東京富麗華同本地多間米芝蓮酒店酒樓做過,試下有幾正先~懷舊乾蒸牛肉燒賣(4粒 $32)話就話乾蒸,但牛肉燒賣仍然係脹卜卜好juicy,牛肉無乜肥肉,真材實料~懷舊鴨腳扎($36)大大舊好抵食~特別想讚鴨腳處理得好乾淨,而且非常入味~鮮蝦菜苗餃($34)堅皮薄餡靚!完全唔係普通酒樓貨色嘅厚皮餃,裡面不論係菜苗定蝦肉都好新鮮~活拆生剝鮮蝦腸($45)大癲啊!幾乎每一啖都有原粒蝦肉,新鮮爽口,誠意之作~煎釀虎皮尖椒($39)好耐無係酒樓食過虎皮釀尖椒,虎皮尖椒辣辣地好過癮~
