呢間喺荃灣嘅劉興記,最出名就係招牌生煎包,今日未到晚餐時間就已經差唔多坐爆全場!招牌炸豬排菜飯豬排外皮炸得金黃酥脆,好有口感。肉質都幾嫩多汁唔柴。菜飯粒煮得鬆軟,每啖飯都有菜粒顯得好有口感。份量上都幾足夠。生煎包生煎包就係呢度嘅招牌菜喇,外皮香脆,內餡豐富,肉汁豐盈,每一啖都令人驚喜。我個人就最鍾意咬開個窿再索晒啲肉汁先繼續食,咁就冇咁怕彈到啲汁周圍到係啦,因為都真係幾juicy!白灼小棠菜苗食完煎炸嘢,再叫返個清淡嘅菜balance返。小棠菜苗顏色鮮綠,口感脆嫩,搭配少少豉油,更加顯出菜嘅鮮味。
