好一段日子沒來這間酒店中菜廳吃飯,原來最近它剛推出了一系列以人參入饌的菜式,我便與一班好友來這裡一嚐美味。 先來一道特別的前菜「紅棗人參豬手凍」,這特別的前菜,賣相晶瑩剔透,色彩繽紛,口感清涼爽滑,添加了人參在其中的豬手凍,還加了黑魚子作點綴,作為前菜都幾吸引。「杞子人參花膠鴿吞素翅」是經典手工粵菜「仙鶴神針」的變奏版。這道加入了人參和花膠的菜式,雖然用的是素翅而非真魚翅,但有人參和花膠加持,就既不失名貴又更加環保,而且湯味清甜又夠滋補養生,著實不錯。「窩燒麒麟鮑魚人參雞飯」以另一道粵菜經典菜式「金華玉樹雞」的排列方式呈現在我們的眼前,三黃雞件、鮑魚片、北菇片等材料齊齊整整地滿舖在加入了人參鬚粒的米飯上,香氣撩人,每口飯都滲著人參獨特的芳香,味道濃郁,濕潤可口,讓人心生喜歡。除了這幾道特別地以入參入饌的菜式,這天的其他菜式也十分精彩。「陳皮脆鱔」味道適中而帶陳皮香,皮脆肉軟而無細骨。「豉汁蘆筍鮮帶子」醬汁調味甚好,刺身級的帶子,大粒厚身,軟腍味美,蘆筍爽嫩無渣,也很不錯。「梅欖骨」雖說是骨,其實啖啖是肉,排骨經先蒸後炸後,再配以欖角與自家製的梅膏醬,味道酸甜可喜,而且口感極佳。「脆皮茶

脆皮茶香雞」用的是龍崗雞,經炸熟後,再以普洱與香片茶葉燻製,怪不得雞件的茶燻香味濃郁澎湃。這充滿茶香的炸子雞,外皮香脆,肉汁豐富,也是一道值得一試的菜式。
