餐廳位於銅鑼灣，主打Omakase（廚師發辦），提供多款套餐，包括午餐和晚餐供選擇。簡約的和式裝潢，環境舒適。坐在吧枱，可以近距離觀看廚師的精心製作過程。前菜：爽口墨魚、酸酸甜甜野菜沙律。胃口大開。主菜：一碗丼有齊Toro,Minced Toro,Sea Urchin，鋪滿整個飯面，並有芝麻、冬菇、紫菜做伴。Toro ：油脂豐富，肉質柔軟，口感細膩。Minced Toro : 口感嫩滑、綿軟。配上丼飯及刺身醬油更可中和油膩感。Sea Urchin ：入口即溶，甘香濃郁。這個丼份量適中，滿滿鮮味在口中爆發。味噌湯：湯內有大大粒蜆，味道鮮甜，湯頭濃郁。茶碗蒸：蒸蛋嫩滑，還帶有櫻花蝦香氣。最後以香甜的開心果雪糕，完美作結😋
