鮨 央泰尖沙咀廣東道3-27號海港城港威大廈地下G111號舖早排去咗一間喺海港城附近、銀座本店屬米芝蓮星級嘅餐廳。主理嘅壽司師傅Hisayoshi Iwa屢獲殊榮。從餐廳裝橫至傳統手握壽司技術,每項都體現到日本嘅藝術。喺日本嘅氛圍下食餐正宗江戶前風格嘅Omakase😋。前菜有粟米豆腐、枝豆豆腐、水雲菜、香魚;刺身兩款有真鯛配木魚湯啫喱 石垣貝同炙燒鰹魚醬油漬 醬油漬鰹魚配薑蔥;燒物有真名鏗西京燒。握り寿司八貫有白魷魚、希靈魚、車海老、赤鯥、清森赤身、大拖羅、北海道馬糞海膽同醬燒穴子,全部都好鮮甜,師傅利用唔同配料調配出能夠畫龍點睛嘅調味,湊合出多種味道層次。最後食埋玉子焼き、椀物、甜品,大滿足😋
