原先諗住平日晚上去尖沙咀睇燈飾會輕鬆一點,誰知人頭湧湧,逛了一會,便放棄了。與友人去咗一間日式料理店食廚師發板。先付 :聽㕑師講,八爪魚鬚用了一小時左右烹製,質感軟熟,蘿蔔非常入味。茶碗蒸十分滑溜。季節二品 :片片晶瑩剔透嘅金鯛,建議原汁原味,鮮美!針魚來自淡路𡷊,肉質彈牙鮮甜。燒物 : 帆立貝熟度恰到好處,細嫩。炸物 : 金黃酥脆,啖啖濃香,蟹肉鮮甜。壽司四貫 :深海池魚,赤貝,黑目魚,拖羅各具特色,停不了口。季節釜飯 : 飯粒吸盡精華所在,味道十足。甜品 : 小巧可愛嘅柑啫喱,味美。
