To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聖誕節近在眼前,最具節日氣氛之一的美食,想必聖誕自助餐一定榜上有名,今年就來到尖沙咀凱悅酒店Hyatt Regency 吃了一頓豐盛的聖誕lunch buffet,提前慶祝佳節 ,於Openrice book 枱有八五折優惠,連加一後人均收費$321.1。臨近聖誕節亦有不少佈置裝飾,感受濃濃節日氛圍。餐廳歐陸式裝修甚有格調,內裡環境寬敞,極高樓底充滿空間感,座位之間不會排得太擠,店員勤快收碟執拾,坐得舒服自在。始終是午市自助餐,凍海鮮款式亦不多,只有蟹腳、鮮蝦,鮮蜆及青口四款。蟹腳亦是屬於比較幼身那種,不過來貨亦算新鮮,爽彈蟹肉雪白細膩,絲絲分明。即切肉類有慢燒原條西冷牛扒、火雞、烤原隻菠蘿和烤香草豬肉卷。吃聖誕大餐當然要有火雞當主角,才夠應節盡興,難得的是肉質不乾不柴,保留鮮美肉汁,菠蘿都是即叫即燒,蒸發了生果中的水分,令酸甜天然果香更加突出。西式熱盤有盲鰽魚、煎鴨胸、海鮮忌廉螺絲粉等等,值得一讚的是熱盤放出來都是小份量供應,所以廚師全程忙於即煮以作添補,因此食物較易保持剛剛煮好的熱度。平時吃buffet 通常都會嫌pizza 太飽而略過 但這裡的pizza 竟然有意外驚喜,餅底的
